Flights To Helena Montana

Looking at the photograph above you will see Ben Groen jumping in front of the Helena Regional Airport.  Yes, the airport for the 2023 US Barefoot National Water Ski Championships is that close to the lake. 

Montana has about 1 million residents and each year about 11 million people come and visit.  The vast majority of those come during the summertime to see such sites a Yellowstone & Glacier National Park.  Flight into Helena Montana for the 2023 US Barefoot National Water Ski Championships can be limited.  To meet the tourism industry Alaska Airline has expanded its service to larger regional jets and now all the airlines into Helena are flying jets.  Also United Airlines has added and other flight each day. 

I would encourage you to start looking at flight into Helena at this time.  The second option is to look at flight into Bozeman, Montana which is a 1 hour & 15-minute drive from the lake and may have other flight options.  The photo below shows the new air service for the western USA supplied by Alaska Airlines.
